Job Description
  1. Lead a team of Angular developers in building robust, scalable web applications.
  2. Design and implement frontend architecture, reusable components, and modules.
  3. Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  5. Conduct technical interviews, onboarding, and mentoring of junior developers.
  6. Plan, assign, and track tasks for the frontend development team using Agile methodologies.
  7. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  8. Implement state management solutions (NgRx, RxJS, BehaviorSubject).
  9. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance.
  10. Stay updated with the latest Angular, TypeScript, and frontend technologies and tools.
  11. Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
  12. Conduct code audits and technical documentation for ongoing projects.
