Job Description

Assist in supervising daily coating operations (powder / wet coating).
Monitor coating process parameters to ensure quality standards.
Oversee surface preparation, pretreatment, and coating line activities.
Support the Coating Incharge in planning and executing production schedules.
Ensure proper material handling and usage of coating chemicals & paints.
Inspect coated components for thickness, finish, and defects.
Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance of coating equipment.
Maintain production reports, quality logs, and daily coating records.
Train and guide coating operators on process improvements.
Implement safety measures and ensure proper use of PPE on the shop floor.
Ensure housekeeping, 5S compliance, and adherence to ISO standards.
