Job Description
  1. Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of solar projects (Rooftop / Ground-mounted / Hybrid).
  2. Manage day-to-day operations related to solar project implementation.
  3. Conduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and load assessments for solar installations.
  4. Support in design, estimation, and costing of solar power systems.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and government regulations.
  6. Coordinate with EPC contractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
  7. Prepare technical and financial proposals for solar projects.
  8. Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and prepare regular reports.
  9. Support business development activities – client acquisition, bidding, and tender participation.
  10. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
  12. Assist in after-sales service and operations & maintenance (O&M) support.
  13. Stay updated with solar policies, government subsidies, and renewable energy market trends.
