1. Sales Support & Coordination: Assist the sales team in maintaining regular reporting and regular follow up emails to B2B clients Assist the reporting line manager in the day-to-day sales operation of Brand and B2B. Track and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
2. Customer & Distributor Management: Act as the point of contact for distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues efficiently. Maintain updated records of customer accounts and credit limits. Customer relationships managment with B2B clients and generate regular purchase orders.
3. Sales Data & Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries. Monitor sales targets vs. actuals and highlight variances to the sales manager. Analyze sales trends, regional performance, and SKU-wise performance.
4. Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for replenishment. Flag slow-moving or non-moving inventory and assist in planning promotions.
5. Promotions & Schemes Execution: Communicate new schemes, discounts, and product launches to distributors and sales teams. Track scheme performance and coordinate with the finance team for payouts.
6. Administrative Duties: Maintain documentation related to sales, agreements, and contracts. Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and handle internal communication
