Job Description
  1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  2. Conduct process analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
  3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  4. Collaborate with development, testing, and project management teams to ensure requirement alignment.
  5. Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and data models to illustrate business processes.
  6. Support project teams in implementing business solutions and monitor project progress.
  7. Perform data analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
  8. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating system functionality against business requirements.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
