Job Description
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
  2. Conduct business process analysis, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
  3. Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Use Cases.
  4. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for Agile/Scrum projects.
  5. Perform data analysis using SQL/Excel/BI tools to support decision-making.
  6. Support project planning, effort estimation, and scope management.
  7. Work with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented and tested correctly.
  8. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate requirements clearly.
  9. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  10. Monitor project progress, report risks/issues, and support change management.
  11. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation.
