Job Description
  1. Supervise day-to-day operations of CNC machines and hobbing machines.
  2. Assign tasks and monitor performance of CNC operators, hobbing operators, and setters.
  3. Ensure production targets are met with quality and precision.
  4. Review and interpret technical drawings, process sheets, and job orders.
  5. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
  6. Conduct quality inspections and ensure finished products meet tolerance and surface finish standards.
  7. Train and mentor operators on machine setup, operation, and safety procedures.
  8. Plan machine maintenance schedules and coordinate with the maintenance team.
  9. Maintain production reports, tool usage logs, and inspection records.
  10. Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized shop floor.
