Operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC) as per production requirements.
Load raw materials, set tools, and ensure proper fixture/clamping.
Run machine cycles and monitor machining operations for accuracy and consistency.
Measure and inspect components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Adjust machine parameters within allowable limits to maintain quality output.
Read and understand engineering drawings, process sheets, and job instructions.
Identify and report tool wear, dimensional errors, or machine-related issues.
Maintain daily production records and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform basic machine cleaning, coolant checks, tool changes, and preventive maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S in the working area.
