Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  5. Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  6. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
  7. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  8. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
  9. Continuously improve customer service quality through feedback and training.
