Job Description
  1. Develop mechanical/electrical/structural designs for products or components.
  2. Create 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, NX).
  3. Conduct FEA (Finite Element Analysis) or other simulations to validate design performance.
  4. Select materials, components, and manufacturing processes for product development.
  5. Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), technical documentation, and assembly instructions.
  6. Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability.
  7. Review and revise designs based on feedback, testing results, and client requirements.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and design specifications.
  9. Participate in design reviews, project planning, and innovation initiatives.
  10. Support prototype development, testing, and product improvement processes.
