Job Description

Production Planning and Scheduling:Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand, considering inventory levels, resource availability, and production capacity.
Quality Control:Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet required standards, identifying and addressing quality issues.
Staff Management:Hire, train, and supervise production workers, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and addressing employee concerns.
Cost Management:Analyze production costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and manage budgets to optimize profitability.
Safety Compliance:Enforce safety regulations and procedures within the factory, promoting a culture of safety among employees.
Equipment Maintenance:Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Performance Monitoring:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like production output, efficiency, and scrap rates to identify areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:Implement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
Collaboration:Work closely with other departments like engineering, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth production flow and meet customer requirements.
