Job Description
  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  2. Maintain employee records and update the HRMS database.
  3. Handle attendance, leave, and payroll processing.
  4. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documentation.
  5. Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities.
  6. Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires.
  7. Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
  8. Assist in implementing HR policies, performance appraisals, and grievance handling.
  9. Support management in maintaining a healthy and productive work environment.
  10. Generate and maintain HR reports and assist in audits.
