Job Description
  1. Perform in-process (inline) quality inspection on the production line
  2. Monitor CNC / VMC machining processes to ensure product quality
  3. Inspect components as per drawings, control plans, and SOPs
  4. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator
  5. Check critical dimensions, surface finish, and visual defects
  6. Identify process deviations and stop production if required
  7. Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues immediately
  8. Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements
  9. Maintain inline inspection records and daily quality reports
  10. Support root cause analysis, CAPA, and rejection reduction
  11. Implement and maintain 5S and quality discipline on shop floor
