Job Description
  1. Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities.
  2. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or automation issues and implement corrective actions.
  3. Maintain and update maintenance logs, records, and reports.
  4. Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize equipment downtime.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  6. Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with the purchase department for replacements.
  7. Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery.
  8. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated equipment failures.
  9. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reduce costs.
  10. Implement predictive maintenance using tools like vibration analysis, thermography, etc.
