Job Description
  1. Implement and manage marketing automation workflows across multiple platforms.
  2. Design and execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and drip campaigns.
  3. Manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot) and integrate with other marketing tools.
  4. Set up and optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  5. Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation strategies with business objectives.
  7. Conduct A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey mapping.
  8. Monitor industry trends and implement best practices for marketing automation and growth hacking.
  9. Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance.
