Job Description
  1. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation campaigns.
  7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients under guidance.
  8. Update and maintain CRM systems with leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
  9. Report on sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics to management.
  10. Support senior BDEs in strategic accounts and projects.
