Job Description
  1. Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  2. Perform material and product testing according to defined standards and specifications.
  3. Prepare and maintain QC documentation, test reports, and records.
  4. Implement and monitor quality control procedures and SOPs.
  5. Identify non-conformance issues and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  6. Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant quality standards.
  7. Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
  8. Perform root cause analysis for defects or deviations.
  9. Assist in quality audits and internal inspections.
  10. Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
