Job Description
  1. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and products.
  2. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  3. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  4. Maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, test results, and quality records.
  5. Implement and monitor quality control plans, procedures, and processes.
  6. Collaborate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
  7. Conduct internal quality audits and participate in ISO/quality system audits.
  8. Use quality tools and techniques such as FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  9. Support vendor and supplier quality assurance activities.
  10. Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
