Job Description
  1. Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and products.
  2. Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to specifications.
  3. Use measurement tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
  4. Identify defects, record findings, and report non-conformances (NCR).
  5. Support root cause analysis and participate in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  6. Maintain accurate inspection and quality documentation.
  7. Conduct quality audits and assist in ISO or other certification processes.
  8. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
  9. Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  10. Suggest improvements to inspection processes and methods to reduce defects.
