Job Description
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
  2. Perform in-process and final inspections of products and components.
  3. Analyze defects, rejections, and process deviations to identify root causes.
  4. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues.
  5. Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance and incoming materials.
  6. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality documents, and audit records.
  7. Support internal and external quality audits (ISO, customer audits, etc.).
  8. Collaborate with production, design, and R&D teams to ensure process improvements.
  9. Conduct statistical process control (SPC) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or relevant quality systems.
  10. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across departments.
