Job Description
  1. Coordinate with clients to process orders, quotations, and inquiries.

  5. Communicate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

  7. Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
  8. Respond to customer queries and provide after-sales support.
  9. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  10. Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in sales operations.
