Job Description
  1. Greet and assist walk-in customers in the jewellery showroom
  2. Showcase and explain various jewellery products (gold, diamond, silver)
  3. Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable products
  4. Handle queries related to pricing, making charges, certifications, etc.
  5. Ensure smooth billing process and documentation at POS
  6. Maintain display counters and ensure proper tagging and security
  7. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales value
  8. Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
  9. Coordinate with back office and inventory team for stock requirements
  10. Follow up with potential customers and handle after-sales service if required
