Generate bills and process payments (cash, card, UPI)
Issue purchase invoices, exchange/return slips
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery productsFollow weight-checking procedures accurately
Ensure jewellery is handled safely to avoid loss or damage
Maintain showroom discipline and security protocols
Assist in CCTV monitoring (if required)
Welcome customers and provide excellent in-store experience
Understand customer requirements and showcase appropriate jewellery
