Job Description

Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and clients to ensure optimal collaboration on

private label and brand initiatives.

Business Development:

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and pitch new product ideas aligned with market demand

and client strategy.

Private Label Development:

Coordinate with internal product development, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure timely and costeffective pitch of private label products.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Drive sales growth by meeting volume, revenue, and margin targets while ensuring high service levels.

Negotiation & Contract Management:

Lead commercial negotiations related to pricing, margins, promotional support, and annual contracts with key

accounts.

Category & Market Analysis:

Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to propose innovative product offerings and

pricing strategies.

Forecasting & Planning:

Work closely with demand planning and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory

management.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Liaise with marketing, finance, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth execution of account-specific

initiatives.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting account performance,

challenges, and action plans.

Knowledge of FMCG trends and supply chain processes

Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP tools
