Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive sales growth by meeting volume, revenue, and margin targets while ensuring high service levels.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
Lead commercial negotiations related to pricing, margins, promotional support, and annual contracts with key
accounts.
Category & Market Analysis:
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to propose innovative product offerings and
pricing strategies.
Forecasting & Planning:
Work closely with demand planning and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory
management.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Liaise with marketing, finance, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth execution of account-specific
initiatives.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting account performance,
challenges, and action plans.
Knowledge of FMCG trends and supply chain processes
