Job Description
  1. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SEO Executives, Analysts, and Content Specialists.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
  3. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
  4. Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and overall user experience (UX) for SEO.
  5. Oversee on-page SEO elements such as metadata, schema markup, headings, and content optimization.
  6. Plan and manage link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
  7. Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
  8. Monitor and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).
  9. Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  10. Track KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and ROI.
  11. Present monthly/quarterly SEO performance reports to senior management.
