Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for outsourced manufacturing or services
Manage purchase orders (POs), order confirmation, and follow-up
Track delivery schedules, shipments, and transit timelines
Maintain inventory levels, stock records, and update ERP systems
Ensure quality compliance of outsourced processes and materials
Monitor vendor performance, delivery adherence, and process efficiency
Support production planning by coordinating outsourced supply requirements
Assist in material requirement planning (MRP) for outsourced items
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analysis
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives
Communicate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
