Job Description
  1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.
  2. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  3. Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
  4. Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
  5. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track progress.
  6. Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring.
  7. Manage job postings and ensure consistent employer branding.
  8. Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  9. Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, and negotiation.
  10. Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and ATS updates.
  11. Conduct background verification and documentation.
  12. Support campus hiring, mass hiring, and leadership hiring as needed.
  13. Build long-term relationships with candidates and external partners.
