Job Description
  1. Identify and generate leads from the US market through calls, emails, and online research.
  2. Conduct cold calls, product demos, and presentations to prospective clients.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  5. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure client satisfaction.
  7. Maintain accurate data of leads, opportunities, and sales in CRM software.
  8. Stay updated on US market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  9. Prepare and share sales reports and forecasts with management.
