Job Description
  1. Set up VMC machines for production, including fixtures, workholding, and tool setting
  2. Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols
  3. Execute CNC programs on VMC machines accurately
  4. Perform first-piece inspection (FPI/FAI) and verify dimensions
  5. Select and calibrate cutting tools and inserts
  6. Monitor cutting parameters, feed, and speed for optimal machining
  7. Conduct in-process inspection to ensure compliance with tolerances
  8. Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments during operation
  9. Maintain machine cleanliness, lubrication, and routine maintenance
  10. Record production and inspection data accurately
  11. Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards
