Job Description

Supervise wax room operations and ensure smooth workflow
Allocate tasks and shifts for wax operators and assistants
Monitor wax pattern production for accuracy and quality
Conduct first-piece inspection (FPI/FAI) of wax patterns
Identify and rectify defects (cracks, air bubbles, flash, deformation)
Ensure dimensional accuracy as per engineering drawings and specifications
Maintain process documentation, production records, and reports
Implement SOPs and standard process guidelines in the wax room
Coordinate with shell room, casting, and QC teams for timely handover
Manage inventory of wax, materials, and tools
Train and mentor wax operators and junior staff
