Job Description
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships with existing and potential customers.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  5. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.
  6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring profitability.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and finance) to deliver client requirements.
  8. Monitor and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  9. Track and report sales performance metrics to senior management.
  10. Mentor and guide junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, business strategies, and new opportunities.
