About the Role

We are hiring an ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our sales team at MKR Techsoft Pvt. Ltd.

You will focus on IT sales, lead generation, and client acquisition through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online channels.

If you have experience in selling web development, SEO, and digital marketing services, and love building long-term client relationships — we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate and manage new leads via Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Email Marketing, etc.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
  3. Prepare business proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  4. Collaborate with internal SEO, Development, and Marketing teams to deliver projects smoothly.
  5. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  6. Stay updated on digital marketing and IT service trends to pitch effectively.
