Job Description
  1. Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
  2. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in machinery.
  3. Ensure machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
  4. Create and follow maintenance schedules and checklists.
  5. Troubleshoot issues in CNC/VMC, assembly lines, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and utilities.
  6. Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.
  7. Monitor machine performance and implement corrective actions.
  8. Maintain documentation for PM/BM, service reports, and spare parts records.
  9. Coordinate with external vendors, service engineers, and AMC providers.
  10. Ensure adherence to plant safety procedures and electrical safety standards.
  11. Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure availability during breakdowns.
  12. Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
